While we have pianos at the studio for lessons, a keyboard at home is a great starting point! Your teacher can guide you on what to purchase as you progress.
Progress varies by student, but with consistent practice, most beginners can play simple songs within a few months. We tend to use Faber Piano Adventure books, and depending on the student and at home practice, students tend to move up a level every 2-6 months
