Mr. Armando began pursuing music at the age of 16, starting on electric guitar and exploring popular music from the 1970s through the early 2000s. His passion for performance led him to sing and perform in a variety of academic and community music settings, gaining experience across vocal and ensemble work.
His background also includes collaborations with cultural music groups, participation in large community events, and involvement in advanced choral and performance projects. These experiences have shaped his versatility as both a performer and educator.
Mr. Armando teaches guitar, ukulele, piano, and voice, and brings a strong foundation in music theory, music history, and composition into his lessons. His teaching style blends structure with creativity, helping students develop solid technique while building confidence and musical expression.
Outside of teaching, Mr. Armando enjoys writing heavy metal music, learning new cover songs, working on photography and cinematography-related music projects, and staying active through fitness.
