Piano
Ms. Sharon is a classically trained pianist with a strong foundation in structured music education, having completed advanced studies through the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM). Her classical training shapes her teaching style, with an emphasis on proper technique, musicality, and expressive performance.
In addition to piano, Ms. Sharon also teaches drums and enjoys helping students develop strong rhythm, coordination, and confidence across multiple instruments. Her well-rounded musical background allows her to support students in building both technical skills and creative expression.
Having lived and traveled internationally, Ms. Sharon has cultivated a deep appreciation for music from many cultures. She also holds a Master’s degree in Global Christian Worship, where she focused on cross-cultural communication through music and its ability to bring diverse communities together.
Ms. Sharon is especially passionate about helping young learners build a solid classical foundation while developing a trained ear and an appreciation for a wide range of musical styles. She strives to create a supportive, encouraging environment that nurtures both excellence and curiosity in every student.
Outside of teaching, Ms. Sharon enjoys swing dancing, attending concerts, exploring different cultural foods, and spending quality time with her family.
