Mr. Jonah is a music educator with over five years of teaching experience, including several years as a full-time instructor. He teaches a wide range of subjects, including guitar, bass, drums, voice, piano, saxophone, music production, songwriting, and composition, allowing him to support students with diverse musical interests and goals.
Mr. Jonah is passionate about encouraging students not just in a single instrument, but in the broader world of music-making. He believes that music offers a place for everyone and strives to foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence in each lesson. His teaching approach focuses on guiding students as they explore performance, composition, and personal expression through music.
As a performer and creator, Mr. Jonah especially enjoys sharing original music created in collaboration with others. His performance experiences span both live and studio settings, from recording and producing music to performing original songs in intimate and ensemble formats. These creative pursuits strongly influence his teaching and inspire students to explore their own musical ideas.
Mr. Jonah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a focus on guitar, voice, commercial composition, and recording arts. He brings extensive experience in songwriting and recording from both professional and home studio environments. Having taught hundreds of students of all ages and backgrounds, he looks forward to continuing to guide new musicians on their unique musical journeys.
