Voice, Piano
Mr. Joshua is a voice and piano instructor with a strong background in vocal performance and choral music. His performance experience includes operatic and concert appearances in international settings, private events, and large ensemble productions, including participation in a nationally televised holiday concert. These opportunities have helped shape his musicianship and inform the way he approaches teaching.
As an educator, Mr. Joshua loves helping students of all ages build confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love for music. He enjoys guiding students as they develop strong foundations in both voice and piano, balancing proper technique with passion and creativity. Watching students make discoveries, gain confidence, and see measurable progress—while still having fun—is one of the most rewarding parts of his teaching.
Mr. Joshua brings over a decade of singing experience to his lessons, along with several years of teaching voice and beginner to intermediate piano. He has also been involved in collegiate and professional choral ensembles, further strengthening his understanding of ensemble musicianship and vocal development.
Outside of teaching, Mr. Joshua enjoys spending time with loved ones and being outdoors, especially walking along forest trails and beaches. He also likes playing video games, watching movies, and taking scenic drives during his personal downtime. While he describes himself as more introverted, he values building friendly, positive relationships with his students. He appreciates structure and routine, while also enjoying the occasional spontaneous adventure.
