Piano

Dr. Justyna is a pianist and educator with an extensive background in performance, collaboration, and music scholarship. She began her musical studies in Europe and later continued her education in the United States, where she has taught piano and worked as both a solo and collaborative musician. Her experience includes piano ensemble performance, four-hands repertoire, and accompanying other instrumentalists.

Dr. Justyna enjoys collaborative piano and regularly performs ensemble works in academic and community settings. She is also interested in understanding the learning process from a student’s perspective and recently began studying the violin as a personal hobby—an experience that helps her connect with beginners as they start a new instrument.

As an educator, Dr. Justyna works with students of all ages and experience levels, from beginners to advanced players. She finds great fulfillment in watching students progress and discover joy in piano playing. She has experience preparing students for standardized music examinations, with many achieving successful outcomes.

Dr. Justyna holds advanced degrees in music performance and musicology and has engaged in academic research as part of her doctoral studies. Her musical interests include Baroque music and Romantic-era piano repertoire, particularly the works of Frédéric Chopin. She enjoys sharing these interests with her students and hopes to inspire a lifelong love of music.

Outside of teaching and performing, Dr. Justyna enjoys hiking along the coast and spending time in nature. She is also an avid animal lover and has a special fondness for cats, including those she has rescued.
