Joshua is a dedicated voice teacher and classical vocalist with over a decade of immersive study and performance experience. With a strong foundation in vocal performance and pedagogy, Joshua combines his love for both the choral and solo vocal arts to deliver performances that are deeply expressive, captivating, and unforgettable. He’s received many musical opportunities from performing in operas, traveling abroad to Sweden and Italy to perform, as well as being part of professional choral groups for Andrea Bocelli concerts at the Hollywood Bowl, Honda Center, and the televised 2024 PBS Christmas special at the Kia Forum. As an educator, Joshua is passionate about helping students grow into confident, well-rounded performers. He specializes in building healthy vocal technique across genres, including classical, musical theatre, jazz, and contemporary styles. He creates a supportive environment that encourages musical growth and conquering stage nerves. From children to older adults, his students benefit from personalized instruction that balances encouragement with high standards and practical tools for success. Currently pursuing his Master of Music at Cal State Fullerton, Joshua continues to expand his pedagogical approach through advanced coursework, operatic performance, and academic research. His teaching philosophy truly centers on fostering both vocal and personal confidence, helping students find their unique voice.
