What We’re Looking For:

We are also building a strong administrative team that helps our academy run smoothly. Our ideal admins are:

  • Warm, friendly, and able to create a welcoming environment for families
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communicators in person, over the phone, and through text/email
  • Quick learners who can manage scheduling, billing, and studio systems
  • Comfortable supporting teachers and helping families with questions
  • Able to stay calm and positive during busy hours
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to professionalism
  • Team-oriented and interested in long-term growth with the academy
  • Confident using technology, spreadsheets, online platforms, and basic office tasks
