Ms. Saylor is a singer, songwriter, musician, actor, dancer, and dedicated music educator who loves helping students grow in confidence, creativity, and musical skill. Her passion for music began in first grade, and she has since trained in a wide variety of styles, including pop, rock, jazz, musical theater, and opera.
Ms. Saylor completed all ten levels, including the Panel level, of the Music Teachers’ Association of California Certificate of Merit program. Through this training, she developed strong skills in repertoire, technique, sight-reading, ear training, and music theory.
With experience teaching both choir and private music lessons, Ms. Saylor creates an encouraging and supportive learning environment where students can build a strong musical foundation while discovering their own unique voice. In addition to voice, she also plays piano, guitar, and ukulele, allowing her to bring a well-rounded and creative approach to her lessons.
As a recording artist, Ms. Saylor has released original music and enjoys sharing her real-world performance and songwriting experience with her students. She earned three associate degrees from Citrus College and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music from Cal Poly Pomona.
